lipsync.tools
This site makes lipsync animations for new voice lines in Cyberpunk 2077 mods. Upload up to 20 lines of one character, each with its recording and the exact words spoken in it, and get back one .anims file. WolvenKit and the game read it like any other lipsync file.
Tips for recordings
- Leave about 0.3 s of silence before the first word. The game's own lines do, and the mouth then does not have to jump open on the first frame.
- Type the words exactly as spoken, names included. A missing or extra word moves every sound after it.
- Upload the same audio file the mod ships. A re-encoded copy can move a sound by one frame.

Putting the file into your mod
This site makes the .anims file only and does not touch your project. In a WolvenKit project, the scene, a .lipmap and an ArchiveXL .xl file must point to it. The usage guide of the free Cyberpunk 2077 Lipsync Animator tool explains the steps, and its scene command can do them on your PC.
What happens to an upload
The recordings and words go to the server for the job, and the server deletes them when the job ends. The file comes back to this browser only, and the site stores nothing. Cloudflare's bot check and the limit of two jobs a minute use your IP address.
